Established in Colorado in 2012, REP Fitness was founded by two gym-enthusiasts, brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty. From adjustable benches to plyoboxes and dumbbell sets, the company offers a comprehensive range of gym equipment designed by in-house, weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms. Humble Beginnings, Grand Ambitions Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP Fitness in a 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage in Longmont, Colorado. Despite the modest space, their goal was to create an engaging customer experience, offering gear they would personally use and love. They filled the space with a few pieces of equipment and stacked bumper plates to the ceiling in the closet, determined to ignite the same passion for fitness in their customers.

REP Gives Back: Supporting Those Who Serve REP Fitness's respect for those who provide freedom and security inspired the company to give back. In 2023, they pledged $100,000 to three charities that support military and first responder families: The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation. This initiative ensures that the donated funds reach those with the greatest need, continuing the tradition of honoring those who serve the nation and the community.
