Headquartered in Colorado, REP Fitness was founded in 2012 by two gym-enthusiast brothers. Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty established REP in a modest 1,200-square-foot retail space with a two-car garage in Longmont, Colorado. Starting with a small inventory of equipment and stacking bumper plates in the closet, their goal was to create a welcoming environment where customers could experience the joy of fitness. The brothers' aim was to offer high-quality gear that they themselves would purchase, use, and cherish.

REP's commitment to giving back is rooted in their profound respect for those who protect our freedom and safety. In 2023, the company pledged $100,000 to three renowned charities that support military and first responder families: The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation. Through these donations, REP ensures that the funds reach those with the greatest need and continue the tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and community.
